We are devoted to quality over quantity, giving our limited number of clients the unique attention they need. During new implementations and enhancement projects, a dedicated MPX team takes the lead to ensure that all details, deadlines, and resources are effectively managed.

Dedicated Support

Each client is assigned a primary and backup Client Project Manager and Client Account Manager to handle everything from day-to-day job management to auditing, enhancements, billing, and support. Beyond this, our technology and leadership teams are highly accessible for ideas, problem solving, and collaboration.


Confidentiality, integrity, and the protection of client data are at the core of our business.

Our information security program is built on the foundation of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and CIS Critical Controls with a “security first” approach to compliance. We undergo an annual third-party audit to test physical and logical security controls, backup and disaster recovery plans, and application development practices. Our control environment is also designed to satisfy requirements for HIPAA/HITECH and PCI compliance. In addition, our team receives ongoing training to ensure all data security requirements are understood and upheld.

Tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty, employee engagement, and forging strong relationships with external business partners.

Manny has over a decade experience supporting payers getting the most out of member and provider communications. Manny has worked with over 100 payers across all lines of business developing extensive knowledge across member experience to regulations. Manny continuous to partner with plans to successfully navigate the communications landscape and apply industry best practices.
